Tokyo Does LUFF

As a result of the close ties which have grown between Japanese artists and the LUFF over the years, a two-part exchange project between Lausanne and Tokyo was planned for 2011. Following the disasters which hit Japan earlier this year, forcing the postponement of LUFF Does Tokyo, it’s up to our Japanese friends to open the festivities in Lausanne, with the enraged Maruosa, Hair Stylistics and Kuruucrew on stage, and a selection of movies by the independent Tokyo cinema Uplink and the avantgarde cinematheque Image Forum.
