Planningtorock is Berlin resident and English musician and videographer Janine Rostron Her outstanding debut album, “Have It All”, released in 2006 on Chicks on Speed Records, created a frenzy in the music press, garnering acclaim everywhere - from David Byrne to Drew Daniel (Matmos). Her music is a boundary shattering vision that's bursting with unique character and vocal backbone, with its own undeniable signature sound.

Since then, PTR has been touring her 'larger-than-life' one-women show throughout Europe and the US. It’s a live experience best described as a mind-blowing show of passionate pop entertainment and thought provoking performance art. The show is filled with bizarre make-believe characters who parade on video screens whilst PTR unleashes her wild and highly charged vocals out from underneath self-styled helmets and props.

PTR is finishing her second album, which is due to be released at the end of 2009.
